Contracting is either done by Rod Gill or any of the
professional partners Rod is in alliance with.
Some clients have employed contractors with limited skills in
scheduling and Microsoft Project and used our services as a
Coach and Mentor to get the contractor up to speed. This works
well where a less skilled project manager or scheduler is
required but higher skills are needed to setup the main
schedules and reporting systems.
Some clients have also used us to set up multi-project
reporting systems and processes so they can then better control
and report on, their programs of projects.
